Nicola Werdenigg is founder and associate of the Edelwiser Ltd. and looks after the sections ski development, customer communication and On-Snow Activities - we are proud!

Nicola (born Spieß) has discovered the mountains of Tyrol as a child, spent her youth on snow and at the age of 15 competed in her first World Cup Downhill race. After six successful years in the World Cup scene, she turned her back on the Austrian Skiteam and started handing over her knowledge to others. Ski instructor, ski guide exam, working in her parents' ski school, founding her own ski school, interacting on snow with many people from all over the world.

But since the day (1995) when Reini Fischer came along with his Snowriders, skiign was different. Finally a ski one could play with - without physical strength, following new curves, leaning and swinging a long.

The impressions with this new tool, which makes skiing easier and more enjoyable, a new love developed, which is expressed intensively in Nicola's work. The "domination" of the ski was replaced by a "simple riding" with it. This is the future and the key element of edelwiser ski development...
